Valentines’ Day: quite apropos considering Cupid plays a leading role in our most popular song, This Is Why Life Sucks.
Though I wrote these songs 4 – 7 years ago, they’re still timely.
I don’t mean to brag, but…well, hell yeah, I’ll brag like I mean it: the 9 songs on the CD have won a total [...]

I am totally delighted with incredibly blog greatly that warned me. God bless you “Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding.” – Albert Einstein
Just got the “The Other Side of Somehow” CD.
I just kept playing it over and over, diggin’ the fun, intelligent, quirky grooves and lyrics. It reminded me of David Byrne and the great dance music of the 80’s, only with far more socio-political depth in the writing. Write on! Jam on! Dance on!
Your layout is really briliant. I will be using something similar for my own site if you do not mind.
I received your CD, The Other Side of Somehow, this week and have been enjoying it. The art work on the jacket is eye-catching. Having the lyrics printed in white on black makes them stand out. The harmonies and the lyrics are excellent. Keep on writing and playing.
Very Informative!
Amazing! Your post has a bunch comments. How did you get so many people to view your site I’m jealous! I’m still getting to know all about article writing on the web. I’m going to view pages on your site to get a better understanding how to achieve success. Thanks for the help! http://www.tokyoexodus.com
Thanx much.
Thanx so much, Bear!
Thanx; working that.
which article?
Listening to ‘Alive’ right now. I love how Rob manipulates his voice to convey the frenzied emotion of the main character. The intro and the military/machine gun breakdown is just…cool. It feeds the feeling of this song perfectly, making me feel a little closer to where the main character is. The military/machine gun breakdown feeds back to the intro guitar and bass riffs, but builds with another guitar riff in the next verse as Rob’s voice gathers intensity. The story further develops with the character being wounded and finding hope in the face of his beautiful nurse. She helps to change his mind. He decides that he wants to make it out alive after all. So…all in all, a song of hope Rob? Thanks for the great song.

Have to declare familial bias upfront, but ignore it. The CD sounds great — great arrangements, astonishing sound quality for some neat songs. Can’t wait to hear what Japan inspires.
Thanx, Dude; you get me!
Thanx, Dave; Japan….hmmmm; that’ll have to wait; working on a song about euthanasia.
